When this patient ordered glasses from me I told him it would be 7 to 10 working days and that we would call him as soon as they arrived back from the lab. The very next day after he ordered them he started calling. He called for the next 3 days. One the 3rd day I told him that he can call if he wants to but that it was not going to get his glasses here any sooner and that we would call HIM just as soon as his glasses arrived from the lab. He then told me it was his GOD given right to call me and the he was going to call me everyday and ride me like a horse untill his glasses were ready.

Yes I have had that happen. I have also had a customer come in complaining about having a contact "stuck" in their eye, and need the Dr. to get it out- and it turns out- nothing was in there. DOn't you think you would notice that you can't see?
